Four members of the
Brockville Country Club joined members of the
Rideau View Golf Club to form a 12 man team for Executive Golf's
Commissioner's "Commish" Cup. Played Sunday,
July 17, at the Casselview Golf Club just outside Casselman, Ontario, the BCC reps were
Ray Bushfield, Lawrence Bouwhuis, Stu Williams and Jack Kenny. The combined team, dubbed
"Team NIKE", managed a 4th place finish out of nine teams. Thanks to Nike for the "pink" shirts and white hats!! The Commish Cup is annual and
played in a Ryder Cup format. Following play, a meal of burgers and chicken was served, then prizes presented to the boisterous crowd.
NO, team NIKE didn't win,
but they let Jack hold the trophy!!
