The Fabulous BelAirs Fabulous at BCC's Dinner Show

The second of the Brockville Country Club's Dinner/Show/Dances was held in the "Granite Hall' Saturday evening, May 30th. It was a great evening. Chef Jason and his staff prepared a fine meal of BQQ chicken stuffed with pulled pork, salad and pecan pie desert plus all the trimmings. Emily and her staff did a great job of serving the three course meal right on schedule. Then it was time for our General Manager, Glenn Singleton, with his hat and all, to introduce the evening's entertainment, that being the Brockville Music Hall of Fame band, The Fabulous BelAirs.
And what a great show they put on playing all the familiar 50's and 60's rock & roll music. They too must have been having a good time as both their first and second sets were much extended to the delight and applause of the large audience. No. he didn't fall off the table!

It was a fun evening. The food was very good; the camaraderie was great and The Fabulous BelAirs put on a super performance. The dance floor was full all evening.

Now it is time to book your tickets for our very special third event of our Summer Series, the Brockville Youth Showcase on our Granite Hall stage Saturday, June 20, 2015.

BCC Hosts Brockville Hospital Foundation Black Tie Gala - Surpasses Expectations

Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Three hundred and twenty five individuals attended the 130th anniversary of the Brockville & District General Hospital Foundation's black tie benefit gala in the "Granite Hall" of the Brockville Country Club. Greeted by co-chairs Dr. Ardis and Marsha Lindsay, each individual walked into an atmosphere of Springtime in Paris with Parisian music, the Eiffel Tower, garden paths with trees and brick-edged gardenettes, cafe seating and sinfully delicious French cuisine food stations. The BCC Granite Hall has never seen such spectacular decorations.
The evening featured entertainment by a member of Cirque du Soleil, as well as Pauly and the Goodfellas and locally-themed humour by MC and BCC member Chris Puddicombe. The fundraising event brought in $401,005 for a long-awaited renovation project. The project will result in the refurbishing of 15 inpatient rooms and hallways and an already completed family sitting room within the Brockville General Hospital.
Congratulations to the BGH Foundation organizing committee and to BCC staff for such a great and successful gala.
