The BCC held an "Hawaiian Luau" for its members and guests Friday evening, July 29th. The evening opened with Hawaiian inspired cocktails followed by the featured meal of: tropical salads, Lomi Lomi salmon, Kulua pig (yup, the whole pig), roasted Mahi Mahi with passion fruit and ginger, chicken long rice, coconut cake with pinapple curd (hummm gooood!).
Following the meal, the diners were entertained by the Brockville Thrill Dancers. A fun time was had by all. The Hawaiian Luau was just one of many themed dinner evenings presented by Denise, Joanne and staff over the year for the Club's members and guests. And while all this was going on in the BCC's upper main dining room, the lower golf lounge was hosting a full house for the team draw and dinner for "Sonny's Scramble". See related story.
